Who builds it
No gurus. Just 17 years of building websites.
I'm Nils. For 17 years I've built websites, hundreds of them, for all sorts of businesses.
I started this because I was tired of watching good businesses get sold by website gurus. £2,000 a month, big promises, nothing to show for it. It never sat right with me.
So I built the opposite. A full system, made for clinics, that has to prove itself before you pay. I won't wave a stack of case studies at you. I'd rather build yours and let the bookings do the talking. If it doesn't work, you don't pay. The risk is mine, and I'm glad to carry it.
I'm based in Sweden and work with clinics across the UK. That makes no difference to your result. The website still gets built, the bookings still come in, and you still only pay once it's working.

What's the catch? Why build it before I pay?
No catch. I'm confident the system works, so I carry the risk instead of handing it to you. We build your whole site, switch it on, and the first invoice only goes out once three real patients have booked through it. If that never happens, you never pay. That's the deal, in writing.
How do you know when three patients have booked?
Through the booking system built into your site. Every time a patient books, you get a notification on your phone, and we can feed it into a calendar like Google Calendar so it sits alongside your day. Prefer your own booking tool? We'll wire that in instead. Either way the count is there in plain sight, for you and for us.
Do you build with AI?
Yes. Our sites are built using AI. But us using AI and your neighbour’s nephew using AI are not the same thing. We know what we’re doing. We just use AI to get there faster.
What about patients who phone instead of booking online?
You'll still see them. The missed call text back catches the calls you can't pick up and logs every one. And your Google Business Profile shows how many people tapped to call you each month. If you want every call tracked to the patient, we can add a dedicated number that records exactly where each one came from.
How much of my time does this take?
Almost none. You book a call, we have a quick chat about your clinic, then we build everything and walk you through it. After that it runs in the background. The whole point is to give you your evenings back, not add to the list.
Is £239 a month really all I pay?
Yes. £239 covers everything in this service: the website, the hosting, the missed call text back, the reviews and the local SEO. No setup fee, no surprise costs. We do offer higher tiers for clinics that want to push further with paid traffic and other marketing, but you never have to. For this, £239 is the whole bill.
What happens if I cancel? Do I lose the site?
There's no contract, so you can stop any time. Once you've been with us six months, the website is yours to keep. Cancel and we hand it over as HTML files you can host wherever you like. The automations and the other services switch off when you go. No hostages, no exit fees.
